She also holds an Ofqual-regulated Level 2 Award in Skin Care and Facial Treatments. Our commitments ### Free consultation All treatments begin with a free consultation. A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment, which is deducted from the cost of your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. ### Suitability Your medical history is reviewed at consultation and treatments are tailored or adjusted where needed to keep you safe. ### Prescribing Anti-wrinkle treatments require an initial consultation with our prescriber, who will assess your suitability before treatment. Where required, other treatments are prescribed by an independent prescriber following a face-to-face consultation. ### Aftercare Your care doesn't end when you leave the clinic. In the rare event of a complication or adverse reaction, we will look after you and any corrective treatment is provided free of charge. ### Insurance Fully insured for aesthetic treatments with Policy Bee. ### Age Clients must be 18 or over.
