We may ask for proof of age. ## Consultation and consent All treatments begin with a free consultation. A £50 deposit is required to secure your appointment, which is deducted from the cost of your treatment. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. Your medical history is reviewed at consultation and treatments are tailored or adjusted where needed to keep you safe. We may decline or postpone treatment if it is not suitable or safe for you. Anti-wrinkle treatments require an initial consultation with our prescriber, who will assess your suitability before treatment. Where required, other treatments are prescribed by an independent prescriber following a face-to-face consultation. ## Results Results vary from person to person. Suitability confirmed at consultation. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Information on this website is general and does not replace a personal consultation. ## Aftercare and complications Your care doesn't end when you leave the clinic. In the rare event of a complication or adverse reaction, we will look after you and any corrective treatment is provided free of charge.
